Do you want to get more customers and increase sales without investment? The Professional Affiliate Program module allows you to organize a classical multi-level affiliate program in the store and to customize it flexibly for your purposes.
Description
The affiliate program module allows a store owner to advertise his/her products with the help of partners more effectively:
- You can implement a multi-level (up to 9 levels) affiliate program
- To implement additionally a loyalty program – a reward to the customers for their own purchases (cashback)
- Possible to enable participation in the affiliate program for some customer groups and prohibit to other groups
- Possible to enable participation in the affiliate program only to customers who have already made paid orders (N orders) in the store
- The administrator can set a different bonus percentage for different affiliate groups
- The administrator can set a different bonus percentage for products from different categories
- The administrator can easily customize the registration of partners in the store
- It is possible to automatically place a partner in a specified customer group when joining an affiliate program
- Preliminary validation of customers joined to affiliate program is possible
- The administrator has the ability to flexibly manage registered partners: block accounts, delete from the affiliate program, change the sponsor
- The administrator can see a visual “partner tree” of a multi-level affiliate structure
- The administrator can load advertising banners for promotion of any page of the store by affiliates
- It is possible to stimulate customers with discount vouchers for the first order for registration in the store
- It is possible to invite to the downline existing customers when using an invite-code (or to ignore inviting)
- It is possible to customize the invite-code (voucher) for each affiliate
- It is possible “to link” the customer to the sponsor via the voucher when placing the order directly in the BackOffice
- It is possible to limit bonus charging only for the first N-orders of each customer involved by a partner

- The administrator defines the order statuses under which a partner bonus is removed (in case of refund)
- The administrator can forbid bonus charging when selling promotional products (with discounts)
- The administrator can forbid bonus charging for orders which used voucher codes
- Partner bonuses can be calculated both with taxes and without them
- The store administrator assigns up to 5 methods of bonus withdrawal of his/her own choice
- The administrator sets the minimum amount for bonus withdrawal, so that he/she may not overload him/herself with “penny” payments
- The administrator is notified by email after a partner orders the bonus withdrawal
- The administrator is notified by email about partner registration, if the validation of new partners is activated
- The administrator can send emails to any partner or to all members of the affiliate program at once
- The administrator can customize the display of advertising banner in the partner section of customer account
- In order to protect customers’ personal data administrator can hide the detailed statistics of rewards, emails and the full names of the affiliates involved in the partnership from sponsor, who invited them
- Partners may to spend the earned bonuses for purchases in the store – the MONEY DOES NOT leave the store! (requires optional module)
